Adieu
Goodbye to
loving and living
and being and seeing and hearing
and feeling and tasting and sweating and
sipping and breathing and looking
and finding and wanting
and having and blogging
Barcelona.
Te amo, te quiero, te deseo.

The massive, bronze, thick-tailed Raval cat.
“How symmetrical!” was Rusty’s comment post picture-taking.
From inside Ambar, looking out at Rambla de Raval. Que fuerte, la noche.
Walking home after saying goodbye until who knows when was so hard. “I’m so happy. It doesn’t seem fair I have to leave…”
The 200-year-old bookstore/art gallery. It had a plaque.
These plaques blend into the stones in front of local businesses that have been open for at least 100 years. I’m always a little sad when the name on the plaque doesn’t match the current name of the location. Most do, though.
This one did.
Still not sure what this photoshoot was about, but the photographer was the epitome of Spanish hipster.
Finally.
A crooked little rooftop view.
Roof of the Residencia - almost a take on Casa Mila.
Fun for all ages.
